How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and shipping within 1-3 days (excluding Sunday).

First Class Mail takes 3-7 days

Priority Mail takes 1-3 days

Delays in normal delivery times may occur due to recent changes at the postal service.

 

Do you ship internationally?

No. Not at this time.

 

Do you accept returns?

Due to the personal nature of soap, returns are not accepted.

 

What if my order is damaged?

Please email me within 24 hours of receiving your soap to report any concerns.

 

Can I pick up my order?

Local pickup is available to anyone that can come and collect their order within one week of purchase. If you would like to pick up your order, make the selection in your cart at check out. One I receive your order I will email you to arrange mutually agreed upon time and day for you to pick up.  Your order can then be retrieved in the parking lot at Valley Natural Foods in Burnsville, MN.

My order never arrived, what should I do?

You will be sent tracking information for your order. If your package doesn't arrive within one week after it is shipped to you, check your tracking number to make sure it was delivered.  If your tracking shows it was delivered you'll need to contact your local post office for assistance. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure you ship to a secure location.

I've ordered the same soap before but this time it looks a little different, why?

All of my soaps are handmade from scratch and although the formulation is exactly the same, the design and shades of color can't be replicated to look identical batch to batch. I do my best to come close.

Are your soaps or soap ingredients tested on animals?

No. Never!

​

Are your soaps vegan?

With the exception of my oatmeal, milk, and honey soap and my goats milk soaps, the majority of my soaps contain no animal products.

Why are your soaps different weights?

All of my soaps are hand cut so actual weight varies.

What sorts of ingredients do you use?
My basic soap recipe contains distilled water, sodium hydroxide, olive oil, sweet almond almond oil, avocado oil, babassu oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter, shea butter, and mango butter.

 

I'll either use essential oils or fragrance oils or a combo to scent the soap. I'll use either herbs, spices, mica, or titanium dioxide to color the soap. I will sometimes use honey, goats milk, and oatmeal or other additives like extracts or infused oils to nourish the skin.
